Directors' Dealings

Directors' Dealings exist, if members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board of a publicly listed company buy or sell shares of their own company.

Announcements pertaining to the purchase or disposal of HTI shares by members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board are made in accordance with prevailing legal regulations (§48d (4) Stock Exchange Act). The individual transactions can be viewed on the Website of The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA):
