Corporate Bodies

The decision-making powers of the Management Board, Supervisory Board and Annual General Meeting have been separately defined.

According to the Austrian Stock Companies Act, the management structure of HTI High Tech Industries AG, composed of Management Board and Supervisory Board, are subject to a strict separation of duties and responsibilities.

• The duties and responsibilities of the Management Board focus on managing ongoing business operations and representing the company to external stakeholders.
• The Supervisory Board appoints or recalls members of the Management Board and monitors the activities of the Management Board.
• The Annual General Meeting elects members of the Supervisory Board, votes on a resolution to approve the annual report (consolidated financial statements) and discharges the Management Board.
