Gerd-Dieter Mirtl, born 1944, studied law and economics at the University of Vienna and at the University of Linz. Mr. Mirtl was a partner of KPMG Alpen-Treuhand GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft until end of March 2005. He holds numerous mandates in supervisory boards of industrial companies.
