The superior strategic objective of HTI is to be a leading supplier of high tech products that contribute to improving mobility, infrastructure and energy supply. We focus on the segments lightweight construction, engineering and energy technology.
HTI follows a long-term oriented growth strategy, which considers the company’s growth as value- and future oriented growth, respecting the social as well as local circumstances based on technological progress. To consider economical, ecological and ergonomic aspects in an integrative manner and to secure the appropriate balance will remain the objective which HTI is continuously working on.
All strategic actions focus on profitable growth. Hence our strategy is based on three important pillars:
- Growth through sustainable products
Foresighted thinking whilst considering all sustainable parameters is one pillar of our company. Sustainability to us means the integrative role of the business itself which hence significantly contributes to the economic success of HTI. In the light of the climate discussion and the scarcity of fossil energy sources the main objective lies in the development of ecologic, economic and ergonomical products.
- Growth through concentration on innovative- and technology driven markets
We focus on innovation- and technology driven markets which dispose of long-term growth potential. Our emphasis here is set on acceleration of competitive products in existing markets as well as on the introduction of innovations in new markets. Hence we are finding new ways to increase our revenues and earnings through demand- and environmentally sound product solutions.
- Organic growth potential
HTI disposes of large organic growth potential. The development of innovations as well as the further intensification of our sales activities can be understood in this context, since it is our objective not only to strengthen our customers’ relationships by better service but also by our top quality products.
