HTP Electronics is specialised in the production of plastic micro- and high precision components. The company works with the latest technologies like insert technology and micro injection moulding. With insert technology the company produces plastic compound parts - in one working step - by covering various components with plastic by means of injection moulding. Therefore complex mounting steps are omitted and substantial cost advantages can be realised. The ranges of application of this technology are wide and trendsetting. The combination of metal and plastics is used in a variety of electronic connections, for example plug connections for motor management, adapter for the spark distribution or components for mobile phone loudspeakers. The insert moulding of wires, punching parts and straps is done with technologies like reel-to-reel technology; metal insert technology and wire insert technology, in fully automatic processes and is supervised by the latest surveillance technology.

HTI Electronics meets the trend towards miniaturisation by means of micro injection moulding technology. Due to this technology extremely small parts with highest precision can be produced. Micro injection moulding for example is used for the production of high precision micro parts for light technology and the gear mechanics of CD- and DVD drives.
